Jury decision

On July the 29th, 2004, the members of the Jury of the Second International Humour Cartoon Contest Peloduro 2004, composed by: Raquel Orzuj "ms. orzuj", Leslie Ricciardi "Leslie", Arq. Carlos Millot "Miyo", Domingo Ferreira "Mingo", y Hermenegildo Sábat "Sábat", Antonio Dabezies (journalist, Director of the uruguayan humour Magazine "El Dedo" and "Guambia"), and Gabriel Mainero (historian, cartoon and humour collector) were called by the "Lolita Rubial" Foundation and the Museo del Humor y la Historieta - Julio E. Suarez "Peloduro".

After examining 640 works, that corresponded to 266 participants from 46 countries, it has been decided:

1) To choose 187 works from 119 participants from 38 countries to be exhibited in the Second International Humor Cartoon Salon Oscar Abin "Gaucher".

2) To give the following Prizes and Honourable Mentions: an International Grand Prize, 2 Second International Prizes, 12 International Honourable Mentions, a National Grand Prize, a Second National Prize and 5 National Honourable Mentions.
